Bandar Lampung, May 28, 2026 – In commemoration of Eid al-Adha 1447 H, Darma Bangsa School once again carried out the qurban (sacrificial animal) program as a form of social care and the practice of Islamic values.
This year, the qurban committee successfully collected and slaughtered 3 cows and 1 goat. These animals were contributed by various parties, including:
- Donations from Mr. Erik Herlambang
- Contributions from Darma Bangsa School students
- Support from parents of SMP students (Dastan Keandra)
The details of the sacrificial animals are as follows:
- A cow weighing 574 kg (donated by Mr. Erik Herlambang)
- A cow weighing 748 kg (donated by Mr. Erik Herlambang)
- A cow weighing 662 kg (from student contributions)
- 1 goat (donated by a parent of an SMP student)
The slaughtering process was carried out smoothly and in a spirit of togetherness, involving teachers, staff, and students who actively participated in the distribution process.
Distribution of Qurban Meat
The qurban meat was distributed to eligible recipients. This year, a total of 450 meat packages were successfully distributed to:
- Employees of Darma Bangsa School
- Residents living around the school
This activity reflects the school’s commitment to social responsibility and strengthens the relationship between the school and the surrounding community.
Financial Report
The qurban committee ensured transparency in financial management with the following details:
- Total Income: IDR 50,850,000 (from student contributions, teachers, and donations)
- Total Expenses: IDR 50,492,600
- Remaining Balance: IDR 357,400
This transparency serves as accountability to all contributors who supported the program.
