Information Session on the SMP Darma Bangsa Field Trip (Academic Year 2026/2027)
To provide comprehensive information to parents and guardians regarding the implementation of the school’s outdoor learning program, SMP Darma Bangsa held a Field Trip Information Session on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at Hall B (5th Floor) of the Darma Bangsa School. The event began at 09:00 WIB and was attended by parents and guardians of Grade VII students.
The event opened with a welcome from the moderator, Ms. Nisa, who skillfully guided the proceedings. Next, the Principal of SMP Darma Bangsa, Mr. Arif Fahrudin, M.Pd., Gr., delivered his remarks. He explained that the field trip is an integral part of the learning process, designed to provide students with direct, hands-on learning experiences. Through this activity, students are expected to broaden their horizons, develop social skills, and gain experiences that complement their classroom learning.
Moving to the main session, Mr. Agus Saputra, S.Pd., Gr., presented detailed information regarding the field trip, which will involve all Grade VII students of SMP Darma Bangsa. The trip is scheduled to take place from November 29 to December 5, 2026, with Bandung, West Java, as the destination. During the session, parents were provided with key information, including the trip’s objectives, the itinerary and schedule of activities, and a breakdown of costs. Additionally, the educational benefits for the students were highlighted, ensuring parents understood the purpose and importance of the activity within the school’s educational curriculum.
Following the presentation, the event proceeded to a question-and-answer session. Parents were given the opportunity to ask questions, offer input, and seek clarification regarding the logistical aspects of the field trip. The discussion was interactive and open, ensuring that all necessary information was clearly understood by the attendees.
The information session concluded with a group photo, serving as both documentation and a symbol of the partnership between the school and parents in supporting the success of the SMP Darma Bangsa field trip program.
