We also took part in friendly futsal and badminton matches. Furthermore, the group toured the school facilities to observe the learning process and the educational environment in Malaysia firsthand.

After the school activities, the group went to Batu Caves to learn about the strong Hindu culture in the area, then continued with a visit to the PETRONAS Twin Towers as an icon of modern Malaysia. The evening was spent at Central Market to see local crafts and learn about Malaysia’s artistic culture.

In the morning, the participants traveled overland to Singapore. After immigration procedures, the group went straight to Universal Studios Singapore on Sentosa Island. There the students enjoyed the themed rides, watched various attractions, and learned about film technology and visual effects used in this world-class theme park. After the activities ended, the group rested at the hotel.

Conclusion / Overview of Activity Results

Edutrip to Malaysia–Singapura provides a rich experience for students through direct interaction with an International environment. During the program, students gain new insights into global education systems, the culture and history of the two advanced countries, and the modern technologies applied in various public facilities and tourist attractions. In addition to broadening their horizons, this activity also helps develop students’ communication skills, independence, and self confidence when interacting with people across cultures.
